Fux Karachovič (*1987) is an artist, calligrapher, performer, and linguist based in the Czech Republic, but his passion lies in the traditional art of Mongolian calligraphy. His journey began in 2012 during a linguistics lecture where he first encountered the beauty of Mongolian script.

Inspired by this experience, he devoted himself to mastering it, leading him to become the first non-Mongolian artist to demonstrate calligraphy at the Karakorum Calligraphy Center in 2022. Fux combines traditional and modern media—digital art, ink on paper, body painting, and live performances—showcasing calligraphy in new and dynamic ways that celebrate Mongolian culture and heritage.

With over a decade in Mongolian calligraphy, Fux’s work includes digital and ink-based pieces, live performances, and body painting, all with a mission to bridge cultures. He collaborates with Mongolian and Czech embassies and promotes cultural understanding through his art.
